What to include

Include your Glympt account email, the affected domain or job ID, what you expected, and what happened. For extension issues, include the extension version shown in the popup and your Chrome version. Screenshots are useful, but remove passwords, API keys, payment-card details, and other secrets first.

Never email passwords, extension pairing tokens, API keys, Stripe payment details, or private URLs.
