Do invited teammates need a paid subscription?
No. A teammate can keep a Free personal account and use the paid workspace's features and shared credit allowance whenever that workspace is selected.
What happens to my personal workspace when I join a team?
Nothing changes. Your personal workspace, subscription, credits, and history remain separate from every team workspace you join.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. We plan to explore optional credit top-ups separately rather than silently charging overage fees.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage plan changes and cancellation through the billing portal. Canceled plans keep access through the end of the paid period.
What data is included?
Technology detections, scan metadata, and estimated country signals. We do not sell employee counts, revenue estimates, contact details, or decision-maker data.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is €490/year and Business is €1,990/year—equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Enterprise is not self-serve. Contact us for a manually configured plan when your volume or access requirements exceed Business.
